This being said, due to certain fixed costs associated with this type of work, there will not be a big difference in price between a 250 square foot area and a 400 square foot area.  

Concrete condition

In what condition is your concrete? Are there any cracks? Are they numerous? Are the cracks superficial or deep? Just like you, we want to make sure that your epoxy coating will be in good condition for years, if not your entire life. In order to achieve this, not only is it necessary to use quality products, but the concrete must also be prepared to perfection. We use a diamond blade grinding wheel to prepare the surface properly. But when there are large enough cracks in the concrete, we must use specialized products to seal them. If you have more than one, this will have an impact on the final bill, given the material required for this operation as well as the labor required.  

Distance  ​

We operate in the Sherbrooke area and the surrounding region. We have structured our prices accordingly. Therefore, if you live far from Sherbrooke, we may have to charge you an extra fee. If this is the case, we will notify you. However, if your project is relatively large, you may not be charged a supplement. ​

Type of finish required
